Easy setup, works well

Signed up for the Pylon free version. Setup was quick. The Slack support integration was very easy to link. It works as expected. Good for our small team.

Solid product, minor UI gripes

Pylon's b2b support platform is genuinely powerful. The automated triage has cut down our response times significantly, and the account intelligence dashboard gives great insights. We opted for the annual billing for the discount, which was a good value. My only small complaint is that some parts of the UI could be a bit cleaner; a few menus feel a little cluttered. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's an area for improvement. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the enterprise volume discount options.

Good platform, helpful support

I recently set up the AI-native ticketing system for my team. The onboarding process was straightforward, though I did need to contact support once for a specific integration question with our internal CRM. They responded within a few hours and walked me through the steps. The automated resolution engine has been a noticeable time-saver. Delivery of the service itself was instant, of course, being software. The dashboard is intuitive, and our agents picked it up quickly. I appreciated the free trial to test it out properly before committing. Overall, it's a solid tool that delivered as promised.

Consistent and reliable service

This is my third year using Pylon, and they've been consistently reliable. We started with the shared inbox, then added the customer support chat last year. This time, I upgraded our plan to include the customer retention analytics. Each transition has been smooth. No surprises, which is what you want with business software. Their system integrates well with our existing tools, and the performance is always stable. That's why I keep coming back.

Wondering about the AI part. Does Pylon's AI actually solve tickets, or is it more like a fancy chatbot that just routes things?

W Wendy 2 months ago
It can actually resolve stuff! Especially for common questions or easy fixes. It's not just routing, it has an 'automated resolution engine' that handles a bunch of routine tickets.

D Daisy 2 months ago
From what I've seen, it does more than just route. It uses your knowledge base and customer data to actually provide answers and even complete certain actions without human intervention. Saves a lot of time for simple stuff.

Thinking about getting Pylon, but we use Slack a ton. How good is the integration really? Like, can I just reply to tickets from Slack?

S Steve Q. 3 months ago
Yeah, it's pretty seamless. You can def manage tickets right from Slack. Saves a bunch of tab switching.

I found it super helpful for our team. It pulls in customer info too, so you don't have to jump to Pylon just to see who you're talking to. Made our support flow way smoother.

Is Pylon only for B2B companies? We're kinda B2C but have a lot of complex customer issues.

P Priya F. 2 months ago
While it's designed for B2B, I don't see why it couldn't work for complex B2C support. The AI and automation would still be super useful.

It's marketed as B2B, but a lot of the features like the AI agent and ticketing system are universal. If your B2C support gets really technical or needs deep customer context, it could totally apply.

How does Pylon stack up against something like Intercom? My company is using Intercom now but we're looking for something more B2B focused.

S Sarah Q. 2 months ago
Pylon feels much more tailored for B2B ops, especially with the AI stuff. Intercom is good for chat, but Pylon's ticketing and automation feel more robust for complex support cases.

We switched from Intercom. Pylon's account intelligence and automated resolution engine are a game changer for us. Intercom was fine, but Pylon really digs into the B2B specific needs.

Hey, does Pylon have a free trial? Trying to convince my boss we should switch but need to show them it works first.

C Chris Carter 2 months ago
They do! Pretty sure it's a 14-day free trial. Enough time to kick the tires and see if it fits.

M Marcus Carter 2 months ago
Yep, 14 days. You can also request a full demo if you want them to walk you through it and answer specific questions. Might be good for convincing the boss.
